Brochure Distribution
Promote your business in print – Tourism Saskatchewan brochure publications are an effective way to get your name in the hands of visitors. Each year Tourism Saskatchewan updates each of its website listings and travel guides, which include:
- Saskatchewan Discovery Guide
- Saskatchewan Fishing & Hunting Guide
- The Perfect Drive: Saskatchewan Golf Vacations
Tourism Saskatchewan operates 5 Visitor Reception Centres during the summer season and we want to have your brochures! Our friendly, certified Travel Counsellors greet over 65,000 visitors a year and provide them with lots of additional information to influence their travel in our province.
Here are a few great ways to make sure these visitors know about your business:
Send Tourism Saskatchewan copies of your brochures for our 5 Visitor Reception Centres. As well, copies would be useful for the Travel Counsellors working in Tourism Saskatchewan’s Visitor Services Centre. The suggested quantities are:
• Fleming – 100 copies
• Maple Creek – 100 copies
• Langenburg – 50 copies
• Lloydminster – 50 copies
• North Portal – 50 copies
• Regina Call Centre – 50 copies
Please do not send more than these quantities at this time. If additional copies are required by the individual Visitor Reception Centres, they will contact you directly.
If these can be provided to us before April 23, we will help offset the shipping cost by paying for these materials to be sent to us in Regina via STC.
If your materials are not available by this deadline, we ask that you send your materials (based on the quantities listed above) directly to the individual Visitor Reception Centres after May 17. A list of each VRC address is included and we can provide you with mailing labels if required.
Failure to follow these instructions may result in your package being refused and returned to you at your cost.
To:
• Obtain shipping instructions for your brochures via STC before April 23
• Receive mailing labels for the Tourism Saskatchewan Visitor Reception Centres

Brochure Fulfillment Services
For a small fee, Tourism Saskatchewan members have the opportunity to supply Tourism Saskatchewan with their brochures for inclusion in other fulfillment mailings to travelers who have requested literature. If an inquiry is received for a specific region, city, town, attraction or activity, and your brochure fits the request, our Visitor Services Representatives will include your brochure in the package that is mailed out.
Here’s how you can utilize this service
You are eligible if your company’s brochure fits in any of these categories: Parks/Campgrounds, Accommodations, Lakeside Resorts, Birding/Wildlife Viewing, Canoeing, Cities/Casinos, Events, Fishing, Hunting, Golf, History/Culture, Spas, Vacation Farms/Guest Ranches, and Winter Activities.
The cost is based on the total weight of the brochure in grams, multiplied by $0.025 /gram. The average brochure folded from an 8.5 x 11 sheet of gloss stock weighs about 8 – 10 grams. 1, 000 brochure minimum order. Call for more details on size and weight allowances and restrictions.
