Board of Directors

Tourism Saskatchewan is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Board members provide broad policy direction to the organization, while operations are managed by the President/Chief Executive Officer. The Board represents the Saskatchewan tourism industry in determining and ensuring appropriate organizational performance.

The 15-member Board of Directors consists of ten representatives chosen by designated industry organizations, three members elected at-large from approved organizations, and two members appointed by the provincial government. Groups designated to select board members currently include the Federation of Saskatchewan Indian Nations, Heritage/Arts/Multicultural Organizations, the Saskatchewan Hotel and Hospitality Association, the Métis Nation of Saskatchewan, the Saskatchewan Outfitters Association, Tourism Regina, Tourism Saskatoon, and the five Rural Tourism Regions that appoint three Board Members jointly.
