Candace Phelps

Ms. Candace Phelps joined Tourism Saskatchewan in June, 2006, and currently holds the position of Vice-President.  Previously, she worked for nine years with Saskatchewan Trade and Export Partnership (STEP) as Director, Market Intelligence and Information Technology.  Candace is the organization’s strategy expert and leads all strategic corporate performance, planning and evaluation activities.  Candace is a Kaplan - Norton Balanced Scorecard Certified Graduate and holds a Certified International Trade Professional (CITP) designation.
