Who We are and What We Do

Tourism Saskatchewan is a market-driven, industry-led partnership responsible for developing and promoting tourism in Saskatchewan. We represent over 2,000 members and more than 3,500 tourism industry stakeholders. Our mandate includes marketing, visitor services, education and training and product and industry development. We strongly support sustainable tourism development. And we believe that the culturally diverse experiences offered by Saskatchewan operators and attractions make our province an authentic, affordable destination


History

The Saskatchewan Tourism Authority was established in 1994 by an Act in the provincial legislature that established an independent organization devoted to advancing tourism in the province.
